Nervous System Recalibration is not medical treatment and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The protocol is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.
Consult your physician before beginning if you have cardiovascular, neurological, or psychiatric conditions. Do not discontinue prescribed medication or treatment without medical supervision.

1. Nature of the service
Nervous System Recalibration is a non-medical protocol delivered by Vincent Leleux, auto-entrepreneur registered in France (APE 7022Z). The service consists of remote sessions targeting autonomic nervous system function through applied neuroscience techniques.
This service is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, coaching, or counselling. No diagnosis is made. No medical claims are made. Outcomes described on this website are based on client self-report and HRV proxy measures — they are not guaranteed and individual results will vary.
2. Eligibility
By booking a session, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are not currently in acute psychiatric crisis
- You have consulted your physician if you have pre-existing cardiovascular, neurological, or psychiatric conditions
- You understand this service is not medical treatment
3. Sessions and booking
Sessions are delivered remotely via Google Meet. Session duration is 50 minutes. Booking is managed through the Amelia booking system. Payment is processed via Stripe.
By completing a booking, you agree to these terms in full.
4. Cancellation and refund policy
Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice may be rescheduled or fully refunded at your choice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are charged at the full session rate. Package sessions do not have an expiry date.
5. Confidentiality
Session content is confidential. Notes are shared only with the client. No client information is shared with third parties. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Limitation of liability
Vincent Leleux and Nervous System Recalibration accept no liability for outcomes resulting from the application of session content. Participation in sessions is voluntary and at the client's own risk. The maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the session or package in question.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
